School is on vacation, means summer time! Yeahβ‘!
To stay fit this summer taking advantage of this nice wheather a great Β idea is to do outside activities with your family and friends.
Playing some sports like soccer, volleyball to bring back some memories.
Make sure you drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated, water is one of the best alternativies.
A common recomendation is to drink, six to 8 glasses of water in conbinacion of other fluids.
Also more or less depending how much exercise you do.
Using a variety of vegetables or fish, they are natural UV blockers.
These are a great way to help to protect your skin of the sun rays.
Eating more vegetables, like tomatoes good on lycopene even better if we cook them because they have more powerful antioxidants.
Others are :
Watermelon, grapefruit,chili powder, sweet potatoes, broccoli, pomegranates, teas, Matcha and green leafs.
Coconut oil , the perfect skin moisturizer, hair condition and also using as an ingredient in many sunscreens lotions.
I can’t forget mention also Organic Avocado oil, rich in Omega-9fatty acids and antioxidants to promote good health.
Avocado oil is perfect oil for high heat cooking and it has a wonderful flavor.
Don’t forget to protect your face and body from the sun using your sunscreen lotion, I know sometimes is hard to remember but it will save you from sunburn and also help you to keep your Β skin healthy.
If your face and body get red from the sun you can use Vinager applying them with a cotton ball on the affected areas.
Also essential oils like Lavender and Chamomile mixing a few drops with water, place in a spray bottle and spritz on your skin when needed.
Rosewater filled with antioxidants and vitamins help refresh your face and skin and is amazing for sunburn.
