Today I bought a box of artichoke burger, why I decided this because I want have a choice.
Oh! Surprise my husband wanted to tried for dinner on a bun. His review made my day, he loved it. I think I have more changes to make him change his concept of healthy eating, usually he doesn’t belive in organic.
I cook as much as I can, I’m not a vegan or any other type or diet. I know nature give us all the elements to have a healthy live style. When we
Choose to follow this, our body and energy is different.
I eat meat but more often I cook chicken, grains and fish. When is possible I prefer organic grass feed meat.
I think variety in what we eat is the key, but a good choice is more healthy alternatives but who doesn’t want flavor to make them taste yummy.
Today I went to the supermarket just to buy something else but couldn’t resist to check what is new in the organic section, I love fresh produce but the organic section has great alternatives when you’re in a hurry or you want something healthy.
My concerns are besides to eat less meat, get more groceries without gluten and Gmo.
It’s not something I started now, but I wasn’t doing constantly.
Why avoid this 2 products?
You maybe thinking, food is food; you right but when for some reason they’re not just natural and is being added something else, our body doesn’t recognize it and we get sick.
A brief description of Gluten and Gmo are the following.
Gluten is a protein it cause illness, symptoms like pain in yhe abdomen, join,fatigue skin rash, gastrointestinal problem like bloating, nausea, anxiety and cramps.
GMO, wich is genetically modified organisms.
Created in a laboratory.
Allow crops to produce it’s own pesticides, dangerous for our body.
From here what to do then, I believe avoid if we can these food with these two ingredients, start to eat more healthy, exercise more, walking is a great alternative. Remember is not just for us, for our families. If they see us eating heathy and exercising is more chances they will create this habits for them and for their families too.
