Why I love Chickpeas?
I love to get snacks between my meals, I love to eat most of the times heathy snacks, sometimes I screw myself up also, but I go back on track very fast.
There’s one snack I love since I tried in a different way, I can eat the whole package if I don’t stop myself. I’m talking about Roasted Chickpeas.
Roasted chickpeas became one of my favorite snacks since I tried is a great way to eat and feel full. Are you not eating chickpeas, really? You should.
The taste is delicious and it make you feel satisfy and with more energy.
Why you maybe asking?, because is a great source of protein, carbohydrates. Fiber and vitamins.
Another way to eat chickpeas is preparing in hummus , a dip for any vegetable.
Chickpeas is a superfood great choice if you’re thinking to consume more protein.
I was trying to make my research about the
Nutrition facts and I found the perfect one for my first time doing Roasted chickpeas.
One cup of boiled chickpeas contains approximately

Roasted Chickpeas preparation
1 cup of chickpeas add
3 cups of water let stand overnight or for at least 5 hours.
Drain the water after rinse beans, cook them with 3 cups of water until is almost tender. after draining the water let it air dry.
Preah eat the oven at 350°
Add the precook chickpeas in a small bowl, tossed with extra virgin olive oil, spread into a single layer on a baking sheet, cook it for almost one hour.
Check for the crunch desire, tossed with sea salt.
