Why Dark chocolate and 70% or more cacao is good for you?
Almost 2 years ago I stop using sugar, I don’t use with my teas, smothies or any drink I love.
At the beginning was hard because I couldn’t feel the flavor of my drinks but everything is just a matter of time, I got use to it and now I feel great having a drink without sugar.
I knew that at some point I’ll be craving for something sweet, and that’s when Cacao and dark chocolate came to me.
I started to learn more about the benefits, for my surprise I found its even good for the skin.
Dark chocolate has antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, eating them regulary it’s great for the skin and wrinkles too.
I believe its true I’ll been eating them for quite a few months and for a 56 years old mom, I don’t have many wrinkles.

Also eating a piece of chocolate a day can make you feel more happy too.
